The weird thing about disease is that some people deal with it as if they don't have it. From what was written here I don't know if she knew what was up...but just for discussion sake I thought I might mention it. An example is people newly diagnosed with diabetes...this mostly pertains to type 2 insulin dependent adults. I've seen situations where a person is in the hospital for treatment of extremely high blood sugars and sky high A1Cs (3 month average blood sugar level) and they have 2 liters of orange pop (not diet) snuck in to drink. They just don't listen to any of it...it seems to me that they simply do not want to believe that they have a very serious problem. This is the way some people deal with it.

This is the kind of mob bullshit that's why order will break down if anything happens. The CDC should have had protocols in place. This shouldn't come down to a go/no go decision at the gate by a nurse who had no travel restrictions and whose temperature was less than a degree above normal.

The CDC needs to step up, but people need to calm down.
