Americans should care for Americans, Africans for Africans. Why is Africa attempting to be an American dependent. Africa should apply to be an American territory. There are consequences for incompetence and we are looking at it. When I meet Africans, they are not all that concerned about their poor brothers and sisters among them. Health, tax, and political policies should be put in place by someone who knows what they are doing, but many African nations are running whites out. Many African nations should have a white in charge but pride won't let them do it. Food and medicine are stolen before they even hit the ground and resold. Should they have moral education first?
