On the opposite end of the spectrum I'd say the same thing about appointing an anorexic. They both have eating disorders and should not be giving advice. On the other hand, there are a lot of people who are all about practice what you preach. For example, I work with young children. If I'm teaching them about healthy eating and exercising, then I'm going to put my money where my mouth is. I'd feel like a hypocrite if I didn't. |
