Reason is: No one is genuinely interested to do something like this.. and the few ones who might are too anxious ot stupid to plan and pull it off.

Most crime is due to affect or personal "need". Everything else is mostly state sponsored shit to scare "their" "own" people.

There would be terrorists getting busted preparing
