great point.

I mean, when was the last time Eric Holder did anything to actually benefit the people of the United States? If the government gave a damn about us, they would at least hold Duncan's family in quarantine until 42 days have passed, but they're gonna let them out, if any of them are still alive, that is, today, four days before even the 21-day period should be up, considering they left the tainted apartment on Oct 3.
 Quoting: Revbo™

I am having a hard time believing the Duncan Family did not test positive. Something very odd about that. Plus, we have not heard practically any news on all the possible cases.--AND YES! 42 day minimum should be enforced to protect the Public from this bioweapon.

Also the msm talking heads topics and demeanor have changed, a few weeks ago shep smith said "the gov is telling me not to panic, that usually is a good sign to panic" now when it is covered he is stone faced and is himself the one saying "ebola is nothing to worry about, don't panic". Looks like the order came on down to cut it out, they were hurting the economy
 Quoting: Joe42

I dunno if the news was hurting the economy. People were out buying gun and bio hazard suites.

I was doing a search for a friend whose husband has to travel... just possible prophylactics like vit C, melatonin and info on colloidal silver...
My internet connection slowed, then shut down entirely.

Had to scan to get it working again, but still having browser issues and intermittent connection problems.
I don't believe in coincidences.

Ok excellent, then I am not the only one noticing it.

So frightening - they have more access to the information than Joe/Jane Citizen and with the deliberate censorship, how can we find out what is truly happening.

At GLP we are lucky with so many users that do post and update what they see around them....but...that isn't enough.

And the little lemmings skip merrily down the road without a care in the world - oblivious to the fact that they are living under a media blackout.

Oh, c'mon. As if gun sales and prepper items could possibly make up for the damage this could do to the airline industry, medical industry, insurance, restaurants, hell, pretty much every business that requires you to go out in public.

I definitely noticed the news blackout. It seemed to happen right after the Czar was appointed.
 Quoting: nancy2001

Happened right after because people found out he wasn't qualified. Made the decision to appoint look rushed.

It added to the credibility problem. So they stopped the flow of reliable information.

Nah, it was his job to shut people up, if they wanted a medical professional to handle it they would've appointed a Surgeon General, that's what the Surgeon General is supposed to do, organize a medical response to a health crisis. We don't have a Surgeon General .....

Most sheeple are too busy from work and chores to barely watch the nightly news, much less piece anything together. More likely they'll switch to a mindless sitcom instead just to relieve themselves from having to mentally "work" just for a little while. All while shoving instant-gratification pre-made sugary and fatty fast foods in as fast as they can, to self-medicate their frayed or downright broken emotions. You know, soon it's bedtime and yet another day of work tomorrow.

Well, it does...for them. For a little while, anyway. If they can make it through the elections with no one understanding the problem, mission accomplished. I don't think we're gonna get any real news about this until after Nov 4. The only caveat will be if nurses and doctors start quitting their jobs at a given hospital. That's how we will know if there is a case somewhere, not by any disclosure from the authorities.

Has anyone else noticed since obola has stated in his speech the other day, we all need to stop the hysterics regarding this - poof, the "mainstream media" has quashed reports on it within the US.

I am sure like many of you, I use google search and I limited to the past 24 hours or sometimes 1 hour, just to see what is going on.

Nothing...but I did notice something very interesting. I had to do a specific search for Nina and boyfriend to even return any articles on him and symptoms and hospitalization, even her downgrade in health, when I didn't do that - his information didn't even appear. AND when the articles popped up, they were not from typical media outlets - they were from kpopstarz or design and thread, you know, so the only people reporting this are not the major networks.

How are we supposed to get real information when the entire lamestream media has a blackout on Ebola.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 62619182

I noticed it since the Thomas Duncan Ebola case. That shit is widespread throughout America now.

People are oblivious to the precursors - Notice the movies that has been coming out lately like: The Colony, Contagion, World War Z, etc. Plagued by some sickness, America collapsing, etc.

Probably because It was announced today that Nigeria is Ebola free, the outbreak has been stopped.

After 20 cases and 8 deaths in Nigeria... The US does not want to be considered out of control or in panic when Nigeria was able to stop it.

I do HIPAA regs for my company I work for.

They can disclose with the permission of the patient.

Without permission, then can still disclose that there was a new case and where, just not specifically who.

There are also rules for emergencies, but I don't have those in front of me at the moment.

Don't use Google for things that may be blacked out. Google allows for filters to be applied. Use Duckduckgo.com or another unfiltered search. Google wouldn't allow me to open several conspiracy pages on NWO. I went to duckduckgo...no problem opening them. This was on Saturday.

I love Google. I use it all the time. But maybe because of its popularity it has become a tool or at least it has become somewhat sensored.

I do think the media blackout is to be expected with the election coming up. It is easier to execute plans with more Dems than less. Though none of that matters under martial law anyway.

Is it too late to move to the Caribbean?! I love the virgin islands. Maybe I could just move to Tortola.

I don't watch TV, but in Naked and Afraid, is the goal to survive a 40-60 hour/week mostly-sedentary school/work life for decades on decades, and be at maximum health and energy after work, on weekends, and especially during their very long and healthy well-earned old age retirement, successfully getting the most "bang for their buck" out of the ~100 years they had?

If not, the methods to achieve the goal may be as different as the goal is itself.
