Federal Judge: Eric "POS" Holder’s DOJ Likely Defrauded Company of $55 Million, Orders Recusal of Judges

We are being governed by a group of psychopaths who give a shit about only one thing: What can we the people do for them today?

The DOJ (or the department of INJUSTICE) argued that Sierra Pacific Industries was responsible for a massive fire that destroyed 65,000 acres of land in California.

Sierra Pacific has insisted that the Department of Justice was being deceitful in their prosecution.

Now, new evidence showing an outrageous miscarriage of justice has emerged, including the DOJ’s interest in gaining large “revenue” from a “deep pocket:”

As for the "new evidence"...."In an extraordinary development, Judge England, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, ordered the recusal of all the Eastern District judges from the case because of serious allegations that the Court itself was defrauded by the government in the original prosecution. To avoid any appearance of partiality, he has referred the case to Ninth Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski to appoint a judge from outside the Eastern District to handle the case going forward. Judge Kozinski has excoriated prosecutors for failing to meet their legal and ethical obligations.
