Just as she was passing sentence Sky News flashed up a ticker saying "Pistorius sentenced to house arrest." This was removed straight away and replaced with the jail sentence. The defence social worker witness swung it for the State - she was so pathetic, she made a really bad report and basically slagged off the South African prison system, and she REALLY pissed off the Judge! Also, if she'd sentenced him to anything less than a prison sentence the local blacks would have started tioting I'd say; they've already been saying because he's rich white and famous he got away with murder. In this case they're right." Sky just interviewed an ex-con. Bet they wish they hadn't! He said Pistorius would probably get raped every night, even if he was in the hospital wing! |

You only have to look at recent events in the US when blacks think they're hard done by, it won't be restricted to moaning, it's any excuse to riot and loot.
