Her eyebrows aren't defined like she kept them in the past. I think that's what is making her face look so different Her eyebrows are bushy with a lot of "wild" hairs.

She gets so many snide comments about how squinty she is. So she tried to fix it and this is the result.

She lost her distinctive eyes which I think is the saddest thing. Being distinctive is what made her hot, now she blends in with the other hollywood blonde plastic surgery crowd.

There are other stars who have plastic surgery and seem to get away with it. Maybe Nicole Kidman is an example where she doesn't push changing her looks too far but still looks good.
