Something odd about the Canadian shooter pics...
Please just hear me out before you criticize and name call.

Look at the picture of the shooter shooting the shotgun or rifle. I am a hunter and I can tell you that NOTHING about the posture of the shooter is correct.

1 - The shooter is not looking at where he is shooting. His eyes are fixed to the side, looking directly at the camera. By instinct, a person is almost always looking AT his target while shooting.

2 - The shooters forward hand that is supposedly controlling the firearm, is not gripping the barrel. It's loose as if the gun is simply resting on in his hand. Anybody thats fired a gun knows there is alot of kickback when firing a gun thats why you hold the barrel grip. That gun, had it really just fired, should be pointing upwards... had it actually fired.

3 - The position of the firearm looks like its not at his shoulder. The lack of grip on the barrel and being the stock looks to be between his ribs and bicep, thus the firearm should almost flown behind him due to the kickback.

4 - Who took this picture at eye level? We are being led to believe that a gunman was loose, firing off rounds, and somebody took the time to break out a camera and take a picture? The shooter knew the camera person was there because in the picture he is looking diretly at him/her. Any sane person would be running, ducking, looking for cover.. not hoping to get a good picture of the shooter.
Also, as I stated, the picture is eye level, so i doubt it was a surveillance camera because those are normally mounted way above head level so they can capture large areas, not an area as small as the shooter was standing in.

So, just a few obervations. Maybe it all has very logical reasons behind it. but to me, it seems odd.

The pic of the shooter that was going around yesterday. With the scarf over his mouth, holding a gun (not in ready shooting position) - it was not a pic from the attack yesterday.
That pic of him with the scarf and the gun was posted on some Isis website - the media found it and ran with it.
I read elsewhere on glp that he used a Winchester 30/30 yesterday.

However, his mother has not stated that the pic isn't of him (as far as I know). So it probably was taken at one of those extremist training camp things.

When I first saw the photo I had the impression it was something they picked up off his facebook or something and not from the scene of the crime. Like he was posing for a photo op like all the thug gangsters do showing off their gang tats and shit.

I won't criticize you or call you names, but I'll give you my opinion, not sure if I am right or not but I was under the impression that the photo of the shooter was not from when the incident was in progress, but was for identification (ie: a posed shot) might be wrong but that was what I thought?

Re: Something odd about the Canadian shooter pics...
I didn't follow it yesterday - just saw the pic on another thread and i agree it certainly isn't a pic of someone who has just shot something or who is on any sort of a mission to shoot anything.

I wonder.. it sounds to me like he was in some kind of trouble - maybe he was offered a buy-out deal - which wasn't what he thought it was and he has ended up like one of those marathon bombers or something.

??

Wow - I had some pics - might still have - of me with a rifle - I hope I never get set up like this and those pictures used - it was a really bad hair day - plus I hadn't had much sleep - and in some of the pics I have been told I look like Joey Deacon - I don't even know who that is.

Does the paper/ media claim the pic is from yesterday's events?
