what was the nationally syndicated radio show that broadcast the tones?

Found this finally……

The Cox Washington Bureau learned the tone originated at a radio station in Nashville, Tennessee, that puts out syndicated programming.

As of now, officials couldn't say if someone accidentally pushed a button or if a DJ knowingly aired the tone, setting off the false alarm.
