Hyperbaric oxygen chambers would help most as would using food grade or even over the counter Peroxide in a nebulizer. Ebola kills by killing the cells so rapidly they dead cells clog up the body... With out knowing dosages people will consume too much. Not leaving enough (stock piles aren't limitless) TO answer the other question as best I can...... I would take double the recommended dosage from the maker of the colloidal silver. Do that for 2 weeks to build up your body. I would NEVER recommend making your own unless you're a chemist or otherwise well equipped to handle it safely. Or else, thousands of people could turn themselves blue over a lack of information.
