All you can tell is that there is another signer sitting there. I had my uncle translate the sign dude before letting him hear the audio. Much of what was spoken verbally wasn't conveyed via sign language. But uncle isn't up to speed on some of the advanced gestures. He got a lot of it, and one of the few words spelled was HIV.
