If you are saying that drinking wine is Biblically wrong, you had better think again.
Jesus turned the water into WINE! Yes, the real deal. The word used meant alcoholic wine, not the word for grape juice, etc.
What you quote applies to leaders in the church, not necessarily everyone and properly reads, " not addicted to wine...".

The Jews have no problem with consuming alcohol, only in getting excessively Drunk. It is the "Religious groups", who have adopted this false doctrine.
It is not the beverage that is the problem, but the abuse of it and getting Drunk or becoming a Drunk("addicted to wine").
The same principle also applies to getting High or getting Stoned.

Jesus participated in the Jewish Festivals, including the Sabbath, Passover and the Last Supper. Wine is the beverage used as part of the prayer and blessing ceremonies in all of these gatherings.
Since you are into "Honoring the Sabbath, you should also be into honoring it correctly, by following the proper Jewish customs regarding it.

To many people jump to conclusions as to what they think the Bible says, rather than what it teaches and what the customs of the Jews are.
Since they are the ones who were given the Law and the traditions of God, they are a guide to help us understand the context of what the Bible is talking about.
Like in Deut 14:22-26, regard in the tithe:
22 “Each year you are to set aside a tenth of all the produce grown in your fields.
23 You are to eat a tenth of your grain, new wine, and oil, and the firstborn of your herd and flock, in the presence of Yahweh your God at the place where He chooses to have His name dwell, so that you will always learn to fear the Lord your God.
And if you can't easily transport it there, you are to sell it and:
26 You may spend the money on anything you want: cattle, sheep, wine, beer, or anything you desire. You are to feast there in the presence of the Lord your God and rejoice with your family.
It puts a whole NEW LIGHT on TITHING!
Also note the command to buy Wine or Beer!
 Quoting: The Dr.

The KJV word used is strong drink. Not beer.

Strong drink comes from the word Shekar. A term just like wine that has duel meanings. It can mean fermented or unfermented strong drinks.

Why would God forbid strong alcohol due to intoxication, terrible health problems and because it causes men to commit sin in that state, all throughout Scripture, than in one verse say, "well, nevermind". ?

Very out of context and out of character no?

Please keep in mind also, He never said to drink it. Simply buy it and possess it.

Well, "why would they possess it if they cant drink it" you may ask.

Numbers 28 : 7 answers plainly.

And the drink offering thereof shall be the fourth part of an hin for the one lamb: in the holy place shalt thou cause the strong wine to be poured unto the LORD for a drink offering.

Strong drink in this context does not mean our modern idea of whiskey or vodka.

Most likely a very syrup like drink without alcohol.

The same principle also applies to getting High or getting Stoned.

WOW.

To correct on biblical matters than endorse "getting high"...

Just wow.

You have much to learn bubba and you are also a little too stubborn to be taught right now. Keep your opinions but remember they are just opinions. You are up against much more learned individuals and your own words contradict your own professed beliefs. We shall maintains the truths that we believe. I was once as nieve and new to this as you and was terribly manipulated by a self serving church just as you are. But in twenty years or so you too will see more clearly.
