When Russia Is Forced To Strike Washington & London...

Russia cannot compete economically because it has a wartime economy.
Nobody is asking Russia to do anything but stay within it's borders and stop attacking and threatening it's former captive nations.
Since Russia cannot compete as a consumer society and economy it must find any reason and any excuse to attack others who out produce and out compete Russia on an economic level.
The west seeks to compete as an industrial entity to provide for the worlds consumers while Russia threatens to nuke anyone that dares seek other associations outside of slavery to Russia in an abusive relationship.
Russia thinks it deserves to force everyone to bend to it's will, Russia has never demonstrated benign intent for any of its many captives or for that matter for much of its own public.
Russia will not save the west because Russia wants it destroyed so it elevates itself by destroying better competitors that can easily and simply ignore Russian bullying.
