If we are experiencing "global warming" WHY THE FUCK is it getting colder ? | |

It's weird but the math and science plays out. Don't forget "heat" and "energy" involves movement. That creates a cycle within itself of movement...and moving that cool to our area rather then being trapped on a pole. With every millimeter lost at the poles we're losing ice and water and condensation we'll never get back. Nothing except for another ice age (divine intervention?) can replace that ice at the top. :bsflaf33: |

In the Antarctic, you might have noticed the extraordinary rate of ice loss from the continent, which is flooding into the coastal seas. That, of course, raises the freezing point due to lowered salinity, so of course there's more coastal sea ice; it's entirely as predicted from our understanding of climatology. So, yes - thanks for supporting the observations confirming climate change. It is scary how many people have been conned by the petroleum industry into thinking there's no problem. I know you're looking for conspiracies, but you've found one that doesn't exist, and you've been blind to one of the biggest ones of the lot. So your saying the water re-froze and the sea levels didn't rise? Nope. Sea level is rising, measurably, by about 3 mm per year, and Antarctic melting is contributing a small part (as yet) to that. Of course, freezing of the sea ice has no effect on sea level; only the transport from land to sea does that. |

Nothing except for another ice age (divine intervention?) can replace that ice at the top. Quoting: BlueTiger3 Currently the planet is in an ice age. You can tell it's an ice age, because there are glaciers and ice caps. That's the definition of an ice age. "An ice age is a period of long-term reduction in the temperature of the Earth's surface and atmosphere, resulting in the presence or expansion of continental and polar ice sheets and alpine glaciers. Within a long-term ice age, individual pulses of cold climate are termed "glacial periods", and intermittent warm periods are called "interglacials". By this definition, we are in an interglacial period - the holocene, of the ice age that began 2.6 million years ago" [link to en.wikipedia.org] The "Manmade Global Warming" people want us to pay carbon tax to stabilize the climate so that it stays at the "interglacial period" level of an ice age. There is no proof that it is even possible to stabilize the climate at the "interglacial period level"! Nobody even knows why ice ages start or end. Nobody knows why interglacial periods start or end. But pay your carbon tax, that will fix it! There is no sensible scientific reason to think that paying carbon taxes will make any difference to the planet's climatic cycles, when people don't even know why those cycles happen in the first place. |

The New Farmers Almanac will explain the whether patterns and it's not called Global anything it's called Earth Science |
