Nope. Sea level is rising, measurably, by about 3 mm per year, and Antarctic melting is contributing a small part (as yet) to that. Of course, freezing of the sea ice has no effect on sea level; only the transport from land to sea does that.

There is a difference between climate and weather. Weather is local. Climate is global. I'd recommend reading up on the basics.

Currently the planet is in an ice age. You can tell it's an ice age, because there are glaciers and ice caps. That's the definition of an ice age.

The "Manmade Global Warming" people want us to pay carbon tax to stabilize the climate so that it stays at the "interglacial period" level of an ice age. There is no proof that it is even possible to stabilize the climate at the "interglacial period level"!

Nobody even knows why ice ages start or end. Nobody knows why interglacial periods start or end. But pay your carbon tax, that will fix it!

There is no sensible scientific reason to think that paying carbon taxes will make any difference to the planet's climatic cycles, when people don't even know why those cycles happen in the first place.
