At some point Ebola is going to plateau because there are only so many hosts that it can infect unless it crosses borders into other countries which would explain why some people with early signs of Ebola seem to get an irresistible urge to travel even though they are not feeling well.

They are saying new cases of Ebola are way down in Liberia and that they have it all under control. At the same time in Sierra Leone they are saying new case are 9x higher than they were a month ago.

Liberia president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf issued a stern statement Monday, warning electorate that someone who will likely be caught hiding Ebola sufferers from licensed health employees might be prosecuted in accordance to Liberian law.
The observation used to be issued on a state-owned radio application in Liberia, in step with Al Jazeera. President Sirleaf noted that a huge number of Ebola patients are being saved(hidden) inside houses or church buildings, as an alternative of receiving proper clinical therapy within medical amenities (clinics).

And since it's in those proper medical amenities (clinics) that the official numbers are gotten from it's clear why the numbers have suddenly dropped. It is still expanding exponentially; the people are simply not reporting sickness and keeping their relative at home to be buried according to their muslim traditions.
