Of course the shit Al Gore says isn't totally true, but just look at out history. We've been dumping two hundred years of incredibly heavy industrialization. It's really simple. We now have to face the consequences of this mass dumping of CO2 which will no doubt be another ice age. There are many a study that shows there is an effect from releasing massive amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere, the only issue is no one knows if it's going to increase global temperatures rapidly in a sudden spike, or if it's going to go into a deep freeze. So far it seems like it's going to be a deep freeze, so in the next hundred years expect cities near Chicago's longitude frozen over. If it's a rapid decline in temperature expect Venice to become unlivable, an Island's connected for over a thousand years, and now they are literally sinking. If Venice goes, then the East coast of America, The Iberian peninsula, the British Isles, and much of western France will be next. The East coast of the USA will probably have the worst of it considering how old the city infrastructure there is. Normal no. In fact one guy with a boat said they were still going out to get their king crabs. Shoot one person in Alaska said they didn't have a wood stove even. That was a shocker. I thought everyone up there had a wood stove. We learn something new every day. |
