After some discussion and many, many jets in the sky, she started to get a little concerned. I reassured her it wasn't 'much' of an immediate concern, because they've been going on for some time without her awareness. However, they are a concern.. The sheer size and scope of the operation is obviously more than what a business could do. In my opinion, it has to be military. This is certainly a big operation....but, by modifying fuel supplies for commercial airlines, it would be possible to truly make this operation massive. But in my area of late, these are pattern flying jets and seem to loiter around for hours. I suspect we are dealing with a combination of specific purpose flights and also commercial flight aspects through the use of fuel additives... It doesn't look like exhaust though, it looks like spray from compressed tanks. On the days that they use a heavy mix it sprays out and sinks, that would destroy a jet engine. It reminds me of playing with old WD-40 cans as a kid, but those were probably safer for me. I noticed 2 today where the plane was flying with the trail then the trail stopped and the plane flew on with no trail behind it. One of them actually stopped at the exact time it went over another trail. Tick tack toe all over the sky!
