There is absolutely nothing magical or special about 432 Hz. Everything written about it on the internet is 100 % pure bunk!

People like to believe all kinds of stupid shit. This 432 Hz idiocy can be compared with expensive audio cables which some people claim sound better. They can't prove it by separating cables in a double-blind test though, it's all in the imagination. Same thing with the 432 Hz hysteria!

How did this all begin?

Well, some numerology-obsessed New Age tard came up with the idea that using the tuning A=432 Hz would be better, because then the notes of a diatonic C major scale would all have integer numbers (when using just intonation). And then the silly idea was released on the internet, and things just snowballed from there!

Two reasons the integer numbers resulting from using 432 Hz don't matter one bit:

1. We don't actually use just intonation in practice, we use equal temperament. This means the notes of the diatonic C major scale are nowhere near integer numbers even when using A=432. So much for that "advantage".

2. There is nothing special about notes that happen to have an integer hertz value anyway. We can't hear if a note has an integer-valued frequency or not with our ears, and it doesn't sound any better, or have any noticeable effects whatsoever. This isn't so strange, considering how arbitrary the unit for frequency is!
1 Hz is defined as one full vibration period in 1/86,400th of the time it takes for planet Earth to rotate around its axis, using the Sun-Earth axis as reference! Humans made up that very provincial definition from thin air, there is nothing Universal or Cosmic about it!

Now that I've told you the truth, you can all go back to thinking your guitars sound divine with A=432 Hz. Imagination is magical after all.

When I tuned my guitar to 432 Hz to record the audio file that would be used to create this cymatic image, I noticed one thing right away, I could hear all the overtones way more than ever before, it's was like I was hearing my guitar in High Definition for the very first time.

It sounded like an orchestra playing along with me. I was wondering then if the Microphones in my home studio were going to pick up what I was hearing with my ears.
