Trust your intuition and instinct. Don't override these for anything.

Don't treat inferiors as equals. It is condescending. It only makes them feel humiliated and mad at you. Always know your place.

Don't spend too much energy/time on trying to conform to society or others' views, spend that time and energy on figuring out yourself and building a secure future. Including taking care of your health/teeth.

Remember to remember.

Prep more people for transition.
Cut losses earlier.

1. DO NOT GET MARRIED .. WAIT ONE YEAR... This man was a total NARCISIS. He died 3 years ago

2. DO NOT GET MARRIED... to husband #2 - HE died.. and the ESTATE ruined my financial life.. with kids I did not raise ..... they sued me for everything.... and took what they wanted.... The police and Judge did nothing. He died 5 years ago

3. DO NOT GET MARRIED.... to husband #3 can not write why here.

Focus on my own life.. my own career.... and STOP being a slave to other people's dreams.. Stop the BS of FAMILY TIES quickly... move on.

I don't know what I would say about the future to my past self. Learn to sleep, maybe. Write your thoughts down with pen on paper if you can't stop having thoughts.

Keep your heart open even though everything around you screams to slam it shut. Oh, and meditate. Every. Single. Day. Stay connected to the true source, because everything around you is a lie.

Relax and don't fucking panic every time something unplanned happens. Oh, and try to have sex before you're well over 30.

I'd just tell myself to watch this video.

I don't think I would interfere. Even things like taking better care of ones health and teeth, or avoiding specific people while seeming like sound advice can change the path you are on in ways that could put one in a worse position.

Investing money, same thing.

For example, you can now buy a boat or vehicle you always dreamed of, but maybe you are in an accident, and paralyzed.

Maybe you go to college for a specific degree, and meet someone who turns out to be crazy.

Etc...

Note to future self

Anything you are going to do, just do the exact opposite, and you'll be fine.
