Can I suggest that you all lay off the internet for a while, that is the reason you feel bummed. Your brains can't handle all the info it takes in, because the info you're always looking it brings you down.

It is 18 degrees here. Perhaps I will skip around indoors.

I've actually felt pretty good the past few days, way better than I have in the past months, maybe even year.

My cat was really grumpy when I went to feed her this morning. She would not let me pet her and gave me that leave me alone look. So I took her Alaskan Salmon food tray away and just left the dry food bowl to fix her for being mean.

I gave her the salmon 15 minutes later and she let me pet her. She has disappeared from sight and is probably off plotting to crew up my will or something.

I feel its strange that the world has allowed Windows and Internet Explorer to garbage up our lives!!!

Wow,...mine too. My cat has always been vocal, but lately it's almost a constant thing, and it's more like a cackeling, not a typical meow. She also starts running all around the house for no reason, like she's trying to catch something that isn't there. This has been going on for the past couple of days.

18 degrees is shorts and t-shirt weather, and you stay indoors at that temp?

No wonder you lot are depressed, hermits due to being addicted to reading boring shit 24/7.

My 2 cats have been freaking out running all over the place and hiding in my cupboards. One is 13 years old and the other is 8…really weird and unusual behavior for them both.

I'm pretty sure OP isn't talking about depression or even the typical "blue" day. She is talking about it feeling off, a bad vibe, something going to happen feeling.

Animals can sense apprehension and anxiety and sometimes will act accordingly.

The dogs and I are fine, we just came in from a walk and a few housekeeping chores...all's well. Actually I was thinking how wonderful things (locally) are.

my dogs been edgy lately but it's definitely a result of the high winds and sudden temp change.

it's normal for stress during seasonal changes.

I have a very humble suggestion. Instead of going outwards go inwards. With pencil in hand, start writing down thoughts, fragments of thoughts, or just single words, let your writing go on as thoughts drift in and out. As you breathe in and out, say a brief prayer or fragment of prayer with each breath. See all that you are gifted to see.
