When you use harmonious gestures while you talk, eat, move objects, etc... you activate in yourself beneficial forces which will end by acting favorably also on others. That is why, if you are interested in magic, do not look for it in ceremonies or in books of magic spells, as magic is there within reach, in your gestures. The day you achieve control of your gestures and make them harmonious and beneficial, you will become a true white magus. Real magic, divine magic does not mean putting pressure on others, but first on yourself, and it is based on the tiniest daily gestures. If you do not start working on your gestures, you will never know white magic, and on the other hand, you can be assured that you will be constantly compelled to behave like a black magus, creating disorder everywhere. So be careful: you will always be the first to harvest the good or bad effects of your gestures, even if you make them unconsciously.
