Unity is one of the conditions of life, and it can only be achieved if humans respect an order of things in which not only does the lower submit willingly to the higher but the activities of each person converge towards a summit or a centre. This order of things is called hierarchy. This hierarchy also exists in us, from our feet up to our brain. Each of us forms a collective being, and if this being is to be harmonious and balanced all our organs must strive toward the same goal. They must work together and give their consent to the principle at the summit or centre: the spirit. Only then is unity created.
