Federal judge overturns Montana constitutional amendment against gay marriage.

No Federal Judge has the power granted to do that, only the Judges (plural) of each the Supreme Court of Montana or the U.S. Supreme Court and its Nine Judges.

They say not letting them marry is like not letting women vote. And I just don't see it

Groups like HRC (Human Rights Campaign) use human plight as a way to advance their specific agendas in gay marriage, etc in states all over the US

I am reporting what I heard on the news. An unelected federal judge has overturned Montana's constitutional amendment, banning gay marriage.

The will of the people does not allow you to discriminate against one group vs another.

And do not quote scripture to me. While we are One Nation Under God, we also have separation of church and state. The state can and should be able to marry who they please.

The churches can legally and lawfully REFUSE to marry who they please.

This is the law of the land now. Get over, get used to it, and be respectful to those male couples you come in contact with. That little twinkie you insult may have a 280 lb Hells Angel for a Husband!

Or he may be an ex-green beret himself and just take you out on the spot for running your rude mouth at him or his friends!
