I think it is the case of the German-Ukrainian government-mafia regime, you cannot blame everything on actual ethnic Poles.

As far as real Poles are concerned, some are moral while some are not, but it is not like they have a some sort of negative genetic imprint or predisposition.

In Poland there is also some regional diversity, some regions are more rotten than others.
