Simply to restate, the radio signal (for it is a radio signal) from Comet P67 has been observed on this planet for decades, going back to Tesla. It's nothing new. Why do you think ESA invested billions of euros in sending a probe to that particular comet and not to others? Because it appeared to be "different", "intelligent", in Carl Sagan's words ... "with a possibility of sentient life".

We have expended time, money and energy for the future benefit of humankind and have succeeded where your government agencies have patently failed.

I can see you're getting unreasonably combative over my outing OP as a fraud, only logical reason for that would be you're the OP. Since I found OP is in the US, that probability goes up even more, given a random US IP user suddenly appears to attack someone that presents viable evidence of fraud against OP, even though several people have already called BS on OP in said thread so far with no retaliation.

You can tell by his history that this is not a person involved with a group having anything to do with something as technical as decryption. Guy spends too much time on xbox live to have time for much else. He has fingerprints in his typing style and flow that are easy to correlate to other writings on the web attributed to "Lieutenant Derp".

After months of running algorithms we are confident we have translated the looping radio signal (still) being emitted from Comet P67, where the Philae lander touched down.

Based on our translation we believe we understand both the origin of the "comet" and the true reason for the Philae lander mission.
