True. I was a bit vague. Perhaps discipline myself for emotions? Yes that is what I am aiming for. Discipline for my emotions.

I would suggest going to a Christian bookstore----there you will find a wealth of books to help you.

Random - I love listening to Mateusz M. on youtube. He is a great motivator.

Try to find a copy of "Light on Life" by BKS Iyengar, the recently deceased yoga master who brought the practice to the US. The language may be unfamiliar, but the suggestions are very worthwhile.

Oh, I've got a lot of that, too! But try Iyengar's book first; I think you'll find it very beneficial. And it's about far more than yoga postures.

33 Strategies of War is by the author Robert Greene. And The Craft of Power is a very very good book. Not many people can understand it though

Also have a look at "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. I am almost sure you've already read it. It's considered a children's book but it's much more than that.
