Yes, they have. But that doesn't mean the trails aren't contrails, or we are being intentionally targeted, or they are hiding anything from space or any of the other crazy claims. Of course testing occurs all over the world for one reason or another. Just like in reaserch labs all over the world. It's up to you to prove there is DANGER to worry about. You have failed.

How often? What do they "spray"? Are you referring to materials being used for firefighting or oil cleanup? Be specific, prove it's ongoing and not a one time experiment. Are you talking about "chaff"? Go ahead, give me an example of ONE SINGLE THING that we should be concerned about that us being "sprayed" in a frequency and amount that justifies the fear you spread!

Wrong. That was a test to see how far a powder would be distributed as part of a chemical warfare test. At the time it was thought that the zinc wasn't toxic. It had nothing to do with testing it on the people, it was about seeing how far it spread in the air.

Also, wasn't it a zinc cadmium compound?

How can a beam of protons be destructive? Unless you stand directly in the beam they collide with the air and disintegrate immediately. That is why the beam is in a vacuum.

If you sprayed something from a plane did you do it at 25,000 feet? Did it look like a contrail?

See, all the tests that were done in the past were very low altitude. Like crop dusting. I am sure you know why, but for the slow people, it's because the rate at which the substance will disperse increased exponentially the higher it's sprayed. Something sprayed at 5000 feet would likely not hit the ground until a few miles to many miles away, depending on the wind. So you can imagine what happens to something sprayed at 30,000 feet. Yep, it would likely not hit the ground for hundreds of miles it at all.

Chemtrails are likely just contrails that make the uninformed or easily swayed nervous. If you think back to why you started to believe in chemtrails, it's likely due to a lie. Contrails can and do persist, so knowing that, and knowing you cannot see the chemicals from 5-6 miles away, you are left with, "someone told you they were chemtrails", which is not a very smart way to make decisions.

Since November, every time there's rain predicted chemtrails appear. Then on the day it's supposed to rain, a mysterious wind starts up that blows the rain clouds away. The same thing is happening again, there's rain predicted for Monday and Tuesday. What do you know there's chemtrails all over Los Angeles, I wonder it will rain on Monday and Tuesday or will that mysterious wind suddenly blow the rain clouds away. I guess this is Jerry Brown's new normal.
