Mother of five makes final appeal to stay alive - please help!

The woman is a field laborer with 5 kids, and she is most likely also required to pay some sort of dhimmi tax. She was probably just barely eking by, and emigration is expensive.

Also, have you seen the visa requirements for someone with a Pakistani passport? It's not at all like a USA passport that enables you to hop on a plane and go just about anywhere without having to apply for a visa first.
