hmmm, not sure where you live, but thankfully around here it is not like that.

In St. Louis it might help if the teens, black, white and any ole color... would act normal, dress normal and not appear to be a shit disturber.

Funny how people scream racism when they attract the attention of others... I know racism exists, just not in the numbers some try to make you believe. Blacks, Latino's , Hispanics or others, blend into most communities if they act normal. Meaning wear normal clothes, not pants hanging off your behind and others things like that.
