I got a idea, maybe design one artificially and just a little more powerful to block meteorites and falling satellites from the sky, when needed.

The reflector on the moon is made the same way a mailbox reflector is. It was specifically designed not to have to be even close to any kind of alignment and can be off as much as 60 or more degrees. Claiming it proves a manned landing is the mark of an idiot
