When you crack the egg, you break that suspension and gravity takes over. But yes, in the case of frying, the egg (white and yolk) would start to denature at the point closest to the heat source. |

WHY would gravity NOT influence a boiling egg?!?! you abide by the idear the yolk is totaly centered after boiling? a clue....a boiled eggs yolk RARELY comes out centered. theres actully a tactic for perfectly centering the yolk not letting it settle and rotating clockwise and anticlockwise does this not resolve this silly issue? |
