You dont need to be born again christian, but you need to be born again. Leave your past where it is, behind you, and start fresh, clean slate. Deep breathes, calm down. Stay calm. Do what you need to do to survive, find simple pleasure and pride in that, and then work on building up more meaning to your existence. Every breath is a gift, every second is sacred. Enjoy it while you can.

Ok. This isn't BS, I have no agenda. The first step is understanding WTF is having these affects.
- Take a simple face picture of yourself in good lighting using a smartphone or camera with editing capabilities.
- Using editing software (Fotor is a free app for iPhone) adjust the contrast, brightness, shadow, etc. using the software. You can play with this 100 different ways..
- What you are looking for: Using the editing tools look for a symbol on your forehead, an image - it can also be a shape that runs down one side of your face...
-What kind of image? Look for an archetype kind of image on your forehead, an owl, a face, an entity that has eyes, it may look like an ET, it may look ghostly. Adjust the different editing tools, be patient. The shape will likely be etheric in nature, white in color. Try multiple images.
- The image you'll find is an 'archonic' entity, it is taking up space and this affects almost everyone. If you know somone you consider deeply disturbed you'll see it quickly!

- This is the first step. Once you spot it, you can get rid of it.
