Nope. It's because of sin that those that are in hell are in hell. Corruption has no place in heaven.
The good news is that corruption can be washed away and then you can experience the endless wonders of heaven.

The good news is there's no such place. This despicable damnable heresy unscriptural pagan doctrine has its roots that go all the way back to the Egyptians.

It is each life form that is the creator of their own "hell".

There is an underworld, but this is space-time instances imploding from everywhere, towards everywhere, down and inward, toward the infinitesimal Singularity (...that is engaged in infinite velocity and infinite angular diversity kinetics) This space-time underworld is where all space, with all it's contents, into the past, goes. The underworld is "beneath" the present time and this bandwidth of space.

The "envelope" of the collective of space-time from conception-to-death that every life-form generates is the domain of that life-forms consciousness to dwell within in this life and the next. Every life-form generates their own "envelope" to occupy. Some religions call this envelope a soul.

It is the CHOICE of each life-form to dwell inside their envelope they generate or instead accept the Door (escape) into evermore newness and expansion of consciousness, at an infinite rate. Each chooses, God does not damn. Religious sects have it wrong as I have come out from "Her" having once been in deeper than words can portray.

Religion is the greatest pandemic of psychosis in human history. There is simply no intelligent way that it can be defended.

Religion would be the primary reason holding back contact with other civilizations in the galaxy.
