Almost sounds like hezbollah did it intentionally to me. The 1996 Qana Massacre is a big thing for Hezbollah and the Lebanese. Its harked upon and used in hate speech. They knew this would bring an extreme reponse from public opinion. Hezbollah killed those kids.
