this is where you bible thumpers get so hung up. When you hear people purporting this idea that we are god, you tend to think that those people believe they are a god, and that's not the case at all.

We believe that all of this physical and non-physical creation, all that we see and and experience of this world an every single thing in this universe is the collective expression of "god."

So we don't go around thinking that just ourselves, or just a lucky chosen few are "gods" we believe every single human being on earth is "god," along with everything else in creation

Jesus aka Logos is allegorical for a higher consciousness. The bible is only allegory and symbolism as is every single religion. They all represent the trinity that has been passed down before time. Father, Son, Holy spirit. Sun, Moon, Stars. Only through Him do we get to the Father. Only with higher consciousness do we get to God. Do we become Godlike.

10 The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?”

When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. 22 The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. 23 But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”
