As soon as CNN got back from commercial break a bit ago, it began covering the DHS secretary's speech in Boston. Not even thirty seconds in, it abruptly cuts to commercial. After a few minutes, it immediately cuts back to the speech for a bit, before CNN just decides to stop showing it...
