This opinion is only in regards to those "viewing" it. Yes, if you partake in the actual act, then you probably should receive a sentence along with your medical treatment.

Just last month in the middle of a BBC article about why they would not be prosecuting all online viewers of child rape ..... came this statement

The new teachings...a viewer of child rape has done nothing abusive in the 'real world.....nor offended. Of course they've offended and abused those children because it's their sexual lust that sees those children raped on film. This is how they sway entire entire generations into 'new beliefs'. Hear something enough, they know man comes to believe it.

Child porn is made for those who want to watch it. No viewers = no child rape for film purposes.. You want to watch it? Then you are responsible for the rape of those children. Yes, right in the middle of an article they slipped their new teaching in. That sentence is read, absorbed in the mind, then added to each and every time that we encounter it. It then morphs into the beliefs of the future generation.. This is how one generation can be so separated in beliefs from the generations before it. And yet, this disparity in beliefs is not a sign of modern times or enlightenment as so many claim, but rather proof of the propaganda and indoctrination that has come upon a society. One generation from now the young adults will view child rape as just another form of sexuality to be expressed. Of course, they won't call it by its name of child rape, they will call it tolerance, love and enlightenment - never ever understanding who and what has overcome them - others who want it legalised, accepted and tolerated.

I think for awhile now in several states the law was basically that you could view it but not download it. So this doesn't surprise me really. They have been setting up for it. I think the reasoning in the article was something like the majority of what ppl were looking at was teenagers who put this stuff out there on their own. So "victimless" crime. Of course that opens the door for the younger and rougher stuff everyone is worried about.

Just look at all the "fashion" advertising out there. The "women" all look like pre-pubescent little girls. No longer do we idolize the curves of a woman as beauty. It's all about "teens" that look even younger than that. "Men" are smooth faced and feminine, like little boys are.
