No, sorry. i have 30 years in forensic Investigation, including voice stress, dialectic deception (fake, non-innate, acquired accents) and directed response (subjects working from scripts or talking-points) analysis. The first girl is enhancing her relationship with the victim (she wasn't nearly as close to her as she's claiming) but the second is exhibiting no deception I could hear.

the voice is also heaily shaped by the physical construction of the person's head and chest, as well as their age. The second woman is older, and bigger, with a larger jaw. And probably at least 20% more body fat. There are some similarities in their speech patterns, (I would estimate they grew up no more than 200-300 miles apart) but the first is MUCH more deceptive. If I used vocal analysis gear, even on these samples that have a lot of digital noise, the differences would be easy to see.

i have to say, though, I completely understand why someone would say its the same person. i've had experienced investigators incorrectly swear that two voices from different wiretaps were the same people, when the voices were not as similar as these two.
