From the above article- still Less then %50 The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power said its headquarters buildings saw at least 160 large window panes, 10 feet tall by4 feet wide, cracked by the heat. A 15-story county health department building suffered heat damage as well. Second apartment building was under renovations... what are the odds of 2 massive fires so close together (time wise)? Seems a little suspect to me. Second fire could have been to help bolster the idea of arson and take away from missing an insurance claim?
