What happens with the military? The feds would keep them and use the UN and armed forces to control us. I don't believe this is possible with the size of the federal government. Not realistic. I welcome being wrong on this. |

North Dakota has it's own bank. The States can do better on their own. They could print their own money, take care of their own poor people and disabled far more effectively than the Fed. Gov. Look how the V.A. takes care of U.S. Veterans, they treat them like Ginnie pigs and cannon fodder and when they are used up they throw them away, or wait for them to die. |

No more needless Foreign Wars Quoting: Anonymous Coward 65889083 No more Federal Reserve Banking No more IRS (Federal Taxes) No more National Education Administration (common core) No more N.S.A. No more U.N. For the sake of discussion let's say that we agree that all of this is a good thing. Let's examine a practical matter. Assume that a large river runs through my State. It also continues South into another State. Both states use the river for irrigation and fresh drinking water. Suppose my state wishes to erect a dam just north of the border to dry up the river in that State. How does this get resolved? Free speech is never free. The States could take back all "federal" Land inside their borders. The States could take over Delivering the Mail. The States could rebuild their Infrastructure and Industry without all the previous hurdles put up to destroy them by the Federal Government. The States already have their own E.P.A. to protect people from Polluters. The States can Keep and Build their own State Guard to protect the people of their State from Enemies Foreign and Domestic under the Governors Control of Each State. |

How does this get resolved? good question, first things first. say you do not want to be complicit in Bombing or Invading a country that is NO Threat to yous, but your Country keeps Invading and Bombing other countries, and Spreading around Toxic Depleted Uranium dust from D.U. Weapons your Country is using, in spite of the Fact they are Banned from use around the World as biological Weapons that Kill people/animals virtually forever. How do you stop this, or at least remove yourself from being part of MASS Murder? You make yourself, and the Area you live in no longer part of the "Government" - people who are doing this CRIME. It should not take much to convince the people of Every State to remove themselves from the Criminal Group operating as the Government of the United States of America. |

PJW IW- According to Congressman Justin Amash, Congress just passed a bill which grants the government and law enforcement “unlimited access to the communications of every American”. When the Michigan lawmaker discovered that the Intelligence Authorization Act for FY 2015 had been amended with a provision that authorizes “the acquisition, retention, and dissemination” of all communications data from U.S. citizens, he desperately attempted to organize a roll call vote on the bill. However, the legislation was passed yesterday 325-100 via a voice vote, a green light for what Amash describes as “one of the most egregious sections of law I’ve encountered during my time as a representative”. The bill allows the private communications of Americans to be scooped up without a court order and then transferred to law enforcement for criminal investigations. The legislation effectively codifies and legalizes mass warrantless NSA surveillance on the American people, with barely a whimper of debate. |

Yes! "God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787 |

No. I would be in favor of cutting down these obnoxious government agencies that think themselves outside judicial review and the usual checks and balances. The bureau of prisons can go. The internal revenue service can go. The CIA.can go to hell. The FBI is necessary. Federal courts are necessary. Can we please just have the Constitution back as it was written? I'm so in favor of one world government. I want the whole world to enjoy the same bill of rights. The same civil liberties. Same checks and balances. Small democracies forming larger unions under democratic principles is cool. But corporations have to be limited or else they become the new government. I don't want to he governed by Wal-Mart or Monsanto or del monte. Not that del Monte had ever done anything to me. I just don't want to be governed by them. |

Texas here. Ive been saying kick out Washington DC here at GLP for a few years now. Its a bad institution. We can go back to having two ambassadors (senators) from each state that are appointed (voted for) by each legislator. But this time I would call then ambassadors just so no one gets confused and never forgets that each state is actually a nation state. Then people would keep a closer look at their own state legislator. All in all citizen participation would go way up. If a new Constitution is enacted then all the post civil war amendments need to be abolished in any new constitution. All post civil was amendments are bankster amendments. End royal titles being in politics and government. aka laywers and judges End duel citizens being in government. You know who. End anchor baby New central bank that makes credit for the good of the nation. Make fractional reserve in private hands illegal. Unless your dumb enough to sell something tangible without full payment. You wanna make a car or house and then lend to sell it. Go ahead but build with cash first. |

Yeah, the big government yankees called that the Civil War. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 57151824 Freedom lovers called it The War Between the States. More like the War of the Federals against the States. BTW, Lincoln won that war with credits created by the Treasury.Hitler borrowed that system and created an economic boom. Its a good system, if the credits are used to the profitable benefit of all the people. |

What you seem to be alluding to indirectly is a return back to the original Constitution of the united States. It was called the 'Articles of Confederation', and was ratified into law in 1781. It was the original Constitution of the land before the Centrists and bankers took over the Constitutional Convention in 1787, scrapped the Constitutional reforms that were being worked on, and in secret created a new governing constitution; a power-centralized replacement more to their liking. You call it the 'U.S. Constitution' today, whether it still exists in practice or not. You wrap yourself in your flag and call yourselves Constitutionalists, but you are clinging to the bankers' version of the Constitution, not the original one that guaranteed States' rights. Ever wonder why the "Amendments" were added on to the end as an afterthought? They should have been the core of the document, not merely an afterthought forced onto the Federalists by wary States who saw the tyranny that was coming. You see, right there in Philadelphia in 1787, you actually lost your fight for liberty 227 years ago with the usurpation and replacement of the existing law of the land, the original Constitution, the Articles of Confederation. And things have been going downhill ever since. I bet they didn't teach you that in your public schools. |
