Don't cheer too loudly. Our economy is tied to the price of oil. Complain all you want about Phillips, Oxy Pet, Haliburton, etc, but they all employ millions of people and purchase billions of dollars worth of products from suppliers that employ millions of people. You knock over that first domino and 2008 will look like a wet dream. IF we were going to drive the price of oil down it would have been better to do it over a couple of decades, except that at some point we're going to run out anyway.
