It is the new system of belief where people know the truth and worship Truth so that they don't get scammed anymore. It is just basically all the awakened people's beliefs written down into a belief system so that everyone does not live in chaos. Babylon is confusion. Mankind is coming out of the confusion caused by the thousands of religions of man and entering into the one straight path of God which is New Jerusalem. Sort of like a graduation of mankind into using comon sense.
