THE truth about your VOTE in any election

I understand where you are coming from, but in not voting just further fuels them and keeps them in power by everyone not playing by their rules - you have to be voted in to become ruler.

The solution is to vote for who we want and vote in real leaders who can look at how the voting has gone in the past and correct it for the future.

They have all the lawyers on their side, we have the peole's will, the two do have to converge at sometime to bring forth a third and better way of living.

Your thoughts?

nope. you are already your own ruler. people are inherently self governing. want change? change the system not the agents.

quick and easy guide for taking control without having to 'elect' anyone:

stop buying.

reduce your consumption.

eliminate debt.

de-job.

barter.

re-localise.

governments are shells for mass mind controll. they all run on money. if they are deprived of money, they will cease to have the means to exist. no-one should have say over how you live your life from thousands of miles away....

Well... "they" have hijacked the process.

It seems to me, the way it is set up... that there is but one snake with several heads, regardless the head you vote for, it is still the single snake going exactly where it intends regardless.

Perhaps the "snake" is the body of unelected officials who actually run the various parts of the snake... and the elected officals are but short term facade with no actual powers to steer the snake.

In any event, the possible solutions (without bloodshed) to regaining control of the snake is to;

a) Not vote enmass.
b) Withold the lifeblood (taxes) enmass
c) Run a non politician and vote the hell out of him/her.

d) Resign ouselves to the fact we are screwed and powerless to shape our own destiny.

I wrote in Tom Tancredo in the last election. Maybe if enough people do, it would make a difference.

I certainly agree with the fundamental point you bring forward which goes beyond what it's normally discussed about this subject.
