The tenants need to file charges against this bastard and have him jailed for the destruction of their personal property and/or begin a civil suit to recover the cost of their MM plants, and the pain and suffering and/or extra expense they were forced to endure due to his wanton disrespect of their property and their rights! Even if it was illegal marijuana if they are leasing the property all the landlord could do was call the cops.

In the US every state has different laws in relation to the landlord/tenant relationship, in most it would not be illegal for the landlord to be on the property, depending on why he is there and what he is doing. It would be to destroy the tenants personal property though. Plus yelling at them to get off his property is not within his rights in any state.
