Hi, I have raised my Kundalini, ask me a question.
I don't really know how to do this..but, I guess it will be pretty good, and fun, and a learning experience.

I'm truthful in the topic, so mind you, I'm just a human, ask me anything about the subject and I'll try to relate to you my life, and my experiences with it. I can assure they are genuine and took the course of many years.

Now, Please, be kind, and I will to you and I have raised my Kundalini, ask me a question!

ObeyTheOctopus,

Check out your avatar. It is a perfect example of the nearly ultimate state of full Kundalini awakening.

It is also a painting done by the same artist as the OP (Alex Grey...one of my favorite artists!), cool huh? :)

Oh, yeah totally cool. If you can visit the astral plane quickly, does this mean you've raised your Kundalini? I mean, there's not exactly a guide to this shit.

Re: Hi, I have raised my Kundalini, ask me a question.
Second time I typed this.

The Kundalini rises. You feel bliss, enlightenment, and oneness with the universal reality of consciousness.

Then as it continues on it's way you feel the process of "clearing out" your energy blocks, all the deficiencies, or areas of growth within our bodies.

As the latter process takes hold, you may feel depressed, or confused like you are going through a monumentus change in life.

Energy must here be guided and controlled so it does not create more blockage or create illness on some part of the body.

This is the beginnings for me, and the light waves of release, this ocurred early on.

Later when I was doing more with this type of work...my Kundalini rising literally was instantaneous and felt like (i saw it visually as well) hot liquid fire moving from the base of my spine into the back of my head, exploding with energy into visual images and perceptions.

Re: Hi, I have raised my Kundalini, ask me a question.
I've raised my Kundalini, through a preparement, before this life.

During this life, I forced deep meditative thoughts and trances upon myself, I used the controlling breath techniques and energy guides to work with the pathways of the kundalini.

And I used marijuana (later on) as something to excite and induce visions, although that will only be used as a little break, because in the end, you must learn to love yourself, to sit down in a room and feel like you are having the time of your life with your best friend, so that your energy may see that you are well enough for transition and that it is time to rise and bring a new "self" into view.

Kundalini is the basic creative and evolutionary force, behind all human beings.

It's existence can be compared to a coiled snake (adam and eve) lying dormant in the base of the spine, while it's path is up the spine, through the head, and back down to clear the energies of the body and pave way for a new self to appear higher and more spiritual than ever.

I'm sure the OP would be able to give you a better answer. But I'd say yeah.

Reaching the astral plane quickly would leave me to believe that you are at least headed in the right direction and are probably far above the average human consciousness curve.

Hell, I can't reach the astral plane quickly. But then again I haven't tried in a while.

Still, the astral plane is a part of Samsara and not a good place to rest. Don't linger too long! Pass on to beyond the primal duality!

Second time typing this again...:(, GLP hates me.

Kundalini activates your "psychic centers", when risen properly, and correctly unblocks the defficiencies within your energy bodies, the new self will appear and all the things you've heard of, and all the things to come, will become possible to a person.

It is evolution of the (higher) self.

Is this evolution to new self exercise, or an exercise to bring forth energy we've already had since birth and re-awaken our crown? (third eye)

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 127272

I suffered more depression than I could handle at the time. I did not know what I was doing, I didn't know it was my kundalini that I was in the midst of changing.

I subconsciously meditated on the chakras, and I subconsciously meditated on the pineal.

I had now I idea what I was doing at the time.

It yoga, I was stretching, breathing, and become aware of the tension, and nontension and the energies within my body. I was creating harmonic thought patterns, with a dialect and dialogue not humanly, and in that way creating energy constructs with my mind, to feed my body and at the same time give it a pathway to release the copius amount of energy I was taking in and releasing.

With the pineal gland.

It was during the creating of the energy constructs with my mind, through harmonic thought patterns and dialogues, that I ended up focusing intense energy within my mind.

I never fully raised it. I didn't spend enough time on that, as things were moving quite quickly back then. But I because slightly perceptive to auras and sights of a higher dimensional perspective.

In other words I could see things, on people, and in people, that others couldn't, and I focus with my mind's eye, and create seens and visions with every single thought.

Ate,

Should I worry about all this crap happening in the world?

I am married and have kids...and I worry for them. I worry that our go around on this planet is about to get really nasty. This worry makes it difficult to find peace.

And yet the only way I can stop worrying is if I stop paying attention to what I see happening in the rest of the world. And if I don't pay attention, I won't be able to quickly react if something DOES happen. And that makes me irresponsible as a father and husband.

Argh!

I get a feeling in my kidneys. A kind of tingling vibration. I have squeeged my third eye quite cleanly with the help of mother nature and I can focus enough to where the energy flows unimpeded from the kidneys to the head chakra and back down to my toes. Astral travel comes very easily from that point, within 20-30 minutes after I lie down, depending on how long I''ve been saving up my man juice if you know what I mean.

Does this mean I've reached another level? I really wasn't aware there were levels in Kundalini? I mean, energy is energy right?

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 127272

Yes, this energy lies dormant within all humanity, from birth on, it releases itself slowly in set amount of waves.

When a person wishes to make a sort of "quantum leap", as is happening today in a quickening fashion all over Earth, the kundalini will release a large amount of energy and sort of push the person into a new state of vibratory consciousness if you will. That's just my way of putting it.

So yes, we all have this energy, since birth, and it is release through the top of the body through the crown chakra and then washes down over the body to remove blockage. The third eye may be activated through the kundalini rising, I believe.

 Quoting: Source 127327

Pay attention. But don't worry. You cannot worry, you need to relax and learn to deal with your energies. You could say the worrying within you is based on an unknown and the unknown is there because you are not ready to face it...maybe because you are worried.

Focus. Be silent, and realize that in all of time everything is always alright and according to plan. You need to learn to balance your energies, and with your worrying, you need to realize that your self is calling out, it wants action, and it wants you to prepare for this time.

I suggest meditating on the exact feeling of the worrying and why you are experiencing it in order to allow yourself to release the deepened thoughts about what you want to do, and when you want to do it.

Everyone creates their own reality. And all of the realities everyone creates is it's own reality.

Now. As for reacting and paying attention. You must first learn what the right reaction would be and what you need to pay attention to. Pay attention to yourself, your energies and find which ones you need to STOP paying attention to.

In the world you will find yourself realizing what you don't need to be watching and what you should be watching. Start with yourself, start within.

Yes, there are levels with Kundalini, as much as your body can currently handle will be brought out, and when you adapt and change your thought patterns and your view of the self, more will be released.

As for your kidneys, if you experience pressure, that is not medical, but a slight perception of blockage due to the work with your energy, it may be that you are not releasing it correctly and that it is not releasing through your crown but finding it's release in the closest area to the block.

Work with deep breathing, work with tantric exercise, learn to "willfully" control the energy rising within your body.

Instead. Don't lie down and pass under trance. Remain in control and work to see the red/orangeness of the kundalini energy in your spine and work to see it passing through the blockage until you feel and see it within your head, and then down throughout your body.

Once the kundalini has risen out of your head, there is no stopping it, and the blockage will be cleared.

Now if you are well enough, it will take a very short time, although now with the energy shifts of our solar system, times are becoming shorter and shorter and shorter.

Right. Although you shouldn't be bored with that.

You should be bored with the stage that you are in.

You should begin looking within yourself to find what you need to see next, what you need to experience, what you want...you could say before you die, before your time is up, in a "timely" fashion. In other words find your next step of evolution through your desire to experience.
