Can I sue Obamacare for harassment?

Obamacare won't leave me alone. They keep texting me all day, every day.

Since I was broke last year, I went ahead and filled out the Obamacare forms just to find out what they offered. But since I live in Oregon, the website wasn't working and I had to fill out a paper form and wait to find out what my options were. I just wanted to see what my Obamacare options were, but didn't want to feed the beast by giving them any money.

Instead of telling me my choices, they signed me up for the Oregon health plan. I figured as long as I didn't spend a penny, I wasn't going to fight it. ( I refuse to feed the system.)

In the past week, they started sending me texts, saying that the healthcare.gov (Obamacare) deadline is coming up and I need to enroll. So I went on the site and told the computer that I still have no money and have no intention of having any money. The computer told me that they will get back to me. checked online again yesterday, there is nothing more that they want from me. But they continue to harass me.

Since I filled out the forms online for my 2015 insurance, I have received 15 text messages warning me that the deadline is coming up. 5 of them so far today! I can only imagine what kind of harassment they will send my way tomorrow.
