It is not to keep the planet cool because they will spray like mad even when a bad storm cloud system is coming in and I can see them chemtrailing between the gaps in the clouds.
Also when there is a frosty morning, they will warm things up by doing chemtrails.
Also I think that HAARP IS WARMING UP THE PLANET WITH ITS EXPERIMENTS ON THE IONOSPHERE BY HEATING IT UP AND PUSHING IT INTO SPACE. This has been moving the jet streams and also they have been controlling the rain fall by using frequencies to keep the moisture in the air until they want it to fall.

WHY would a reputable organization stick to this "term" and not use the term "aerosol"?

If the sores do not heal easily it could be MORGELLONS, which is caused by the different fibres, which are not from this earth unless they are genetically made.
