Lost hubby to ROKU
Anyone get these? Turns your TV into internet TV.
On the one hand it was great. We saved lots of $$$ ditching cable and just have internet. And watch only what we want. Shows on demand on Hulu and movies & shows on Netflix. I'm not a big TV watcher as I used to be. Frankly it bores me. Only a handful of shows, Grimm, Sleepy Hollow, and sci-fi.
Unfortunately the hubs loves TV & movies. And can literally sit and watch all day! And now with the ability to watch endless seasons of new, & old shows and movies, he's in heaven. And sadly I can't complete. The damn TV is his new love now. And yes, I've done the whole sit & watch with him. But frankly I'm tired of feeling like the third wheel. I can't remember the last time we sat and actually talked. Oh and he's a sleepy sheep too. So we definitely have nothing much to talk about except the mundane and what's for dinner. Sorry for ramblings but hey why not.

I don't know why women care about this stuff so much?
My husband is gone a lot, so I'm just happy to see his cute self watching t.v in our home.
If you haven't figured out how to distract him, I don't know what to tell you.
Just let the man watch T.V. sheesh.

Many people lose their other half's to the digital world of entertainment.

Not much you can really do except.

1. Attempt emotional blackmail.
2. Tell this to him and list choices he has to continue on
3. Just pack up and move out.
4. Deal with it and find some side salad for emotional snack bar.

LOL some of these comments!

Yea, divorce no way. I do love him and we have 2 girls who he loves. And I'm no quitter. And I couldn't do that to them. He's a great provider and faithful. But sadly he has neglected our relationship. It doesn't feel good to be #2. Yes, I've moved on to Facebook, YouTube which has actually helped me be awakened. Unfortunately, its not as satisfying as being connected to the one you love. Now I wish I was hooked back into the matrix like him. Lost in the world of tv. But try as I might I can't. Just wanted to vent.
