Why You Need to Quit Drinking Coffee

Almost anything in moderation is okay, including coffee. People have been drinking it for a thousand years....

Yeah, but most of them have died!

I'll never give up coffee... it's just such a marvelous way to start the day.

I love coffe. I drink it with lots of cream and sugar because I'm a girly man.

My kitteh tries to cover it......

I drink about two cups of green tea with lemon juice and honey per day. Having a cup right now.

Coffee is good too, but I like the tea better. Seems more refreshing too me.

It's been cloudy for weeks here. Coffee is especially necessary at these times.

Love black coffee, strong as possible, on ice.

Beans black as possible and oily looking.
The bitter is in the green and brown unroasted beans.
The blacker they are, the less bitter.
Pour heated water over grounds in a funnel/filter paper cone.
The lower the heat applied to the coffee, the less bitter it will be, and the same goes for tea.

Finally, the roasting to a darker level destroys more caffeine, so if you would like to reduce your caffeine intake,
switch to the darker roast.

But my stomach was having some "issues" so I stopped coffee more or less a few months back....never ever ever bought it ready-made anyway, unless I was doing all-night 500 mile drives.

My stomach is better without the coffee, but I still LIKE
coffee, and I may just go have one now. It's been hmmmm
maybe 2 weeks?

How else are all those fresh fruits and vegetables going to get to the U.S. looking all fresh and perfect?

They gotta be drenched in the DDT (or equiv) first.

Better yet, take a bunch of DDT sponges (vegetables from south america/mexico) and juice them. Its a much faster way to get the max dose of DDT.

(also explains why all these vegans are coming down with so many weird health problems.)

Caffeine is for wimps that can't wake up. Strong people just get their ass off of bed without that warm cup of crutch.

Takes time, you adjust to live without it (it was too expensive for me though it did wonders covering up the shitty chemical taste of the water around here)
